Easter in London

Submitted by Alice on Monday, 22 March 2010No Comment

Spoonfed.co.uk has got lots of tips on how to spend the Easter weekend in London. To have a look at all our London Easter events please visit the Spoonfed site!

Chocolate, the Easter Bunny, the Resurrection of Jesus Christ and a long weekend off work are just a few of the things that come to mind when  people mention the word Easter. It’s the first bank holiday weekend of the new year and everyone knows it’s a great opportunity to stuff your face with various goodies. But, it’s also the time when London starts to come alive after the sleepy winter months.

There are some epic Easter Clubbing events going on and a bit of brilliant comedy in Paddington, as well as plenty of activities that the whole family can enjoy!

Whereas there’s no shortage of great events on over the Easter Bank Holiday, gifts can be a tricky thing this time of year. When are you too old for a jumbo-sized Smarties Easter egg? Some might say never, but  if you want to get a gift for someone who loves chocolate but hates everything that Easter normally represents, then where do you turn?

Thankfully Spoonfed’s favourite online gift boutique, CultureLabel has the answer. They’ve stumbled across a quirky Chocolate Pie Chart from the New York based company Chocolate Editions. who offer a treasure trove of artful treats! If you’re feeling particularly frivolous, I’m sure this would make an excellent Pac-Man too!

Visit the Culture Label site to see for yourself and discover even more unique and inspiring trinkets from museums around the world.
