Full Name: Naima Khan
Age: 23
Date Joined: October 2009
Role: Theatre Desk Intern and now Leisure
Best thing about life at Spoonfed: Getting the opportunity to learn about every department. Everyone’s in the same office and no one really minds if you ask questions about how things work. In the three months I’ve been here, there have been huge developments, it’s great getting to be part of a growing company. Even as an intern I’ve had the opportunity to be part of some wicked brainstorming sessions and seen suggestions actualised. There’s a good amount of skills sharing in the intern seminars.
Skills I’ve learnt while at Spoonfed: Loads! Search Engine Optimising, sub-editting, how to get freebies, how to make an epic rounds of tea. I’m still learning loads about online social networking, developing my writing profile and how to get some dough out of it. I’m hoping Meg and Alice will teach us some more about marketing.
Likes: Old photographs, dark chocolate, Red Bush tea, making films, watching films, reading the backs of cereal packets, watching cheesy American tv dramas, bitching about cheesy American TV dramas.
Favourite Cake: Ottolenghi’s Apple and Maple cake- not that posh and definitely worth the money.
