British Independent Film Awards
One of the most glittering evenings in the British Film Industry’s annual calendar took place last weekend, and guess who was there to spy on the celebs and sample the cocktails? Why Spoonfed’s Culture Editor, Tom Jeffreys, of course.
Taking place at The Brewery, Chiswell Street, The British Independent Film Awards played host to a veritable who’s who of the British Film Industry. A diverse range of guests included Sir Michael Caine (there to pick up his Variety Award), Daniel Day Lewis, Derek Jacobi, Rosamund Pike, Ken Loach, Rupert Grint, Gemma Arterton, Meera Syal, and Sam Taylor Wood.
Thanks to the kind folks over at Stolichnaya, Tom and his celebrity pals were able to tuck into a range of delightful cocktails, designed especially for the BIFA Awards Ceremony. Pick of the bunch was the Stolichnaya Best of British, a twist on the Moscow Mule, designed by Wayne Collins and London cocktaill-makers, Squeeze.
