Next stop, the Oscars?
Okay, I admit it, the chances of anyone from the Spoonfed team winning an Oscar are probably quite slim, but now that Barack Obama has won the Nobel Peace Prize it seems like anything might be possible. Yesterday’s controversial announcement that the US President has won the Nobel Peace prize reminded me that we haven’t shared Spoonfed’s recent exciting awards news!
Two weeks ago Spoonfed was named as a winner at the Archant North and West London Business Awards in the Best Use of Technology category for our innovative Event Radar iPhone application. Only a few days later Alex and Henry were honoured as finalists at the O2 X Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
Naturally, we’re thrilled to have Spoonfed recognised in these categories and excel against some tough competition but primarily it’s a testament to the incredible hard work put in by our whole team. Hopefully this marks the beginning of Spoonfed’s rise to the top – now we’re off to celebrate with some reduced price Co-Op cava – we’re not letting this one go to our heads!
