As the training restaurant for London City Hospitality Centre (LCHC) Open Kitchen provides valuable hands-on training and qualifications whilst waving the flag for social responsibility Jamie Oliver style.
With lots of tasty choices Open Kitchen is the perfect environment to dine out and support the local economy with menus packed full of locally sourced seasonal produce and plenty of fair trade and free-range ingredients to boot.
Although it’s now closed until September, you can bet the restaurant will waste no time getting back into the swing of things when the students return to work.
