Art Fair Week Kicks of With a Bang

Once we all confirmed Tom was Twitter-accessible, he headed off to Kounter Kulture, 4 New Sensations and The Future Can Wait; three exhibitions with a decidedly unique approach to art exhibitions.  You can read a full review of the three exhibitions at Kounter Kulture / The Future Can Wait on Spoonfed but here’s a excerpt from the article:

No time to linger though, and it’s on to The Future Can Wait. We climb the stairs into the vast cavernous space, and who should I catch sight of just a few steps ahead of me? Oh god, it’s Alexander Brener and Barbara Schurz. I ask them about their recent antics at the ICA. ‘Just a bit of fun.’ Brener explains. It seems some people’ll do anything for a laugh… I then see Mark McGowan lying on the floor with a dagger in his chest and a bright red splodge on his t-shirt. Nobody’s paying much attention though, so he gets up and has a chat with Brener. Read On…
